2016年美國總統大選將在11月8日正式進行，在這短短的3周內，共和黨總統候選人川普接連被起底性騷擾女性，使得他的形象嚴重受挫，但根據《華盛頓郵報》與美國廣播公司聯合訪查的最新民調顯示，川普目前僅落後民主黨對手希拉蕊4個百分點，民調變化不大。

根據美國《華報》／ABC聯合訪查顯示，將近7成的受訪者相信川普的性醜聞，民眾且認為，川普對自己性醜聞的懺悔與道歉仍不夠。

縱使川普的負面傳聞滿天飛，不過似乎對他的支持度不構成重大影響，《華報》／ABC的民調中，希拉蕊僅以47%領先川普的43%，與第二場辯論會前所做的民調（希拉蕊以44%領先川普40%）差距不大。
